I was walking around the upper westside and stumbled upon a street fair, which is pretty common for this time of year. What I found different about this street fair is that for one block there was the 1st Annual Japan & Korea Block Fair. I witnessed a live painter, traditional clothing, food and performances. It was definitely a treat out of the ordinary street fair.
